Been</div><div>incorporated in 2003 our proven Recruitment and People Management processes have been</div><div>instrumental in clients scaling their teams and expanding their business globally.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Work type: Remote</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Position Overview:</strong></div><div>We are currently looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to</div><div>join our sales team.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Description:</strong></div><ul><li>2-4 Years of experience in Inside Sales</li><li>Should have at least 1 year of IT Services/SaaS/Staffing sales experience.</li><li>Experience in Cold calling, Email, and Social Media outreach</li><li>Experience in using CRM and other sales tools.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Responsible for new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. (end-to-end sales)</li><li>Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and Social Media.</li><li>Communicate effectively with all levels (C, SVP, VP, Dir, etc.) and key decision-makers.</li><li>Set up appointments or calls between prospective clients and explain our services</li><li>Maintaining strong relationships with the prospect through the entire sales process.
