Join us!<br><br></p><div><strong>About the Visual Designer Role</strong><br><br></div><div>The Lendsqr Visual Designer will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the visual identity of our brand. This role involves creating compelling designs that enhance our social media presence, sales materials, and other content, ensuring consistency across all visual assets. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in brand design, visual design, and illustration, crafting designs that align with our brand values and effectively communicate our mission to diverse audiences.<br><br>This role is essential in driving Lendsqr's creative vision while ensuring designs resonate with our target audiences across platforms.<br><br>Lendsqr is currently establishing itself in various countries. However, at the moment, whilst we work remotely, we are only able to hire employee residents in Nigeria to ensure effective employee management.<strong><br></strong></div><div><br></div><p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr">Develop and maintain Lendsqr’s visual identity across all touchpoints.</li><li dir="ltr">Create high-quality visual assets for social media, sales materials, presentations, blogs, and more.</li><li dir="ltr">Design illustrations, infographics, and other graphic content to communicate complex ideas effectively.</li><li dir="ltr">Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to produce cohesive designs that meet business objectives.</li><li dir="ltr">Ensure brand consistency across all materials and campaigns.</li><li dir="ltr">Stay updated with design trends and adapt them to suit Lendsqr’s brand and audience.</li><li dir="ltr">Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.<br><br></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr">Minimum of 3 years of work experience in brand design, visual design, or similar roles.</li><li dir="ltr">Minimum of 2:1 in any degree.</li><li dir="ltr">Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.</li><li dir="ltr">Strong illustration skills and experience creating visuals for both digital and print platforms.</li><li dir="ltr">A robust portfolio showcasing brand design, visual design, and illustration projects.</li><li dir="ltr">Video editing or motion design skills are a strong plus but not compulsory.</li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Competencies/Skills</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr">Excellent design, typography, and color theory skills.</li><li dir="ltr">Ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals that &nbsp; align with brand objectives.</li><li dir="ltr">Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines.</li><li dir="ltr">Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.</li><li dir="ltr">Creativity and adaptability to embrace new challenges and trends.</li></ul><div><strong>Compensation Structure</strong></div><ul><li dir="ltr">Base pay.</li><li dir="ltr">Incentive pay.</li><li dir="ltr">Data allowance.</li><li dir="ltr">Other company benefits as defined by policy.</li></ul>
