<p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What you will be doing:</span></strong></p><ul style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;" type="disc"><li>Must be familiar with the buildings and public areas, all pieces of equipment and installation, pipe and cable routing, valves and control panels, ducting, dampers and electrical, water and gas meters</li><li>To perform room maintenance as per Room Preventive Program checklist.</li><li>To perform public areas maintenance as per PAM (Planned Activity Maintenance) program checklist.</li><li>To fill and record any discrepancies found in the rooms and public areas and inform supervisor accordingly</li><li>To be able to determine sources of possible defects to prevent unexpected breakdowns and perform proper repairs</li><li>To be familiar with fire detection systems, firefighting and escape routes– smoke and heat detectors, call points, fire hose reels and fire hydrants</li><li>To attend fire alarm calls out and assists as per fire alarm procedures</li><li>To ensure that emergencies are deal properly and accurately</li><li>To ensure that protective equipment is use wherever applicable</li><li>To assist work, undergo by either outside contractors or in-house</li><li>To attend daily maintenance request as assigned and record with details in the logbook</li></ul><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What are we looking for?</span></strong></p><ul style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;" type="disc"><li>NTC 3 Certificate or equivalent and Min 3 years’ experience in similar post.</li><li>Should be able to complete a work on a timely manner and good communication skills.</li></ul>
