You will hence be expected to be a creative, innovative, empathetic, and passionate problem-solver. As part of this role, you will - research, understand the pain points, and translate the insights into meaningful and delightful user experiences. You will create a direct impact on our customers’ by ensuring both functional and experiential product designs.</p><p style=" background:white;"><strong>Major responsibilities include the following:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">UX/UI design experience.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Should have experience in user-centered design (UCD), planning &amp; prioritizing, conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility concerns.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Experience in creating user flows, storyboards, journey maps, Information Architecture, wireframes.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">You’ll be expected to design and deliver UI mock-ups, Prototypes, MVPs and Final product within the timelines.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Hands on experience with tools of the trade like Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD etc.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for User Research Interviews &amp; Surveys and translate research insights into your designs.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Communicate effectively with other designers, developers, tech leads, product managers, and other stakeholders.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Creative, Innovative and Passionate approach towards solving problems.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Proven work experience.</li></ul><p style=" background:white;"><strong>Role Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Manage and execute the long and short-term goals &amp; deliverables of the design team in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Manage cross team communications and collaborations with Product, Tech, and Business owners.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Multitasking with a portfolio of products.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Lead a strong feedback loop on the design process across the multifunctional teams.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Maintain and evolve the documentation, and processes.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Create frameworks and heuristics for the Design team to operate within.</li><li style="color:black; margin-left:0cm; background:white;">Mentor junior designers and guide them.</li></ul><div><strong>Brownie Points</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li style="color:black;margin-left:0cm;">Graduate from a premium design school.</li><li style="color:black;margin-left:0cm;">Familiar with frontend development practices.</li><li style="color:black;margin-left:0cm;">Experience in a start-up environment before.</li><li style="color:black;margin-left:0cm;">Experience in designing digital products for the US market.</li><li style="color:black;margin-left:0cm;">Experience in using various AI tools for designing and editing like mid journey, pictory.ai etc.</li></ul>
