Find out more at www.kenomesecurity.com</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong><br>An exciting opportunity is now available for a highly motivated full-time Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team to be based Nakuru. This position will ensure effective support to ensure that all security activities are conducted safely and in accordance with the Security Operating Procedures.</p><p><br></p><p>This role requires you to liaison between the guards, duty post senior management and the company head office through the 'General manager' or the CEO:</p><p><br>1. Maintaining security of the premise both property and personnel;<br>2. Contribute to a strategic approach to the security department<br>3. Ensuring patron adherence to entry regulations<br>4. Writing Incident Reports<br>5. Maintaining effective relationships with external and internal customers<br>6. Adhering to Kenome Security policies and procedures &amp; legislative requirements<br>7. Facilitate the operation of CCTV, security and access systems<br>8. Maintain surveillance of the site, including monitoring all personnel while on site<br>9. Monitor, manage, control and record all communications across the site<br>10. Support and assist the Security Officers, as required</p><p><br></p><p>Any candidates that wish to apply as a Security Supervisor must meet the following requirements:<br>1. Strong customer service focus and exceptional written and verbal communication skills<br>2. Ability to manage high pressure situations<br>3. Strong attention to detail, tact and diplomacy<br>4. Be a Kenyan citizen not older than 45yrs<br>5. Must be an ex-police or military Officer who has served not less than 3yrs with a clean discharge letter from the forces<br>6. Have a valid certificate of good conduct<br>7. Provide copies of academic certificates<br>8. Copy of personal ID<br>9. Copies of PIN certificate, NSSF and NHIF membership card numbers<br>10. Recommendation letters from any previous employer and 3 referees will be mandatory<br>11. Previous experience in any private security company, will be an added advantage<br>12. Current driver’s Licence will be an added advantage<br>13. Ability to hand write reports and/or posses essential computers skills</p><p>14.
