Senior Backend Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who’s eager to become one of our core team members and establish themselves as a significant building block of our products and company at this exciting and critical point in time before we reach greater heights.

Responsibility

• Research, design, and implement high-performance resilient APIs and services
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing your knowledge and expertise
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver robust solutions in short development iterations
• Develop maintainable and clean code with heavy reliance on developer testing
• Make thoughtful trade-offs based on business priorities, user needs, and a sustainable technical foundation

Requirements

• Agentic Coding: Experience in using autonomous AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Aider) to plan, write, test, and debug code end-to-end.

• 6+ years of experience as a backend engineer
• Hands-on proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript — strong advantage
• Deep familiarity with SaaS architecture and development best practices
• Experience with methodologies like TDD, Extreme Programming, or Kanban — big plus
• Previous work with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or others
• Proven ability to lead technical projects, set priorities, and own outcomes
• Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities gracefully.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience
