About the Role

abra R&D is seeking a talented Senior Integration Engineer to join our team!

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Integration Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key player in the development lifecycle, you will be responsible for designing and executing testing processes, while crafting comprehensive test specifications for complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading integration and validation processes of the system during development phases and up to customer delivery.

• Planning, defining, and executing test processes in Israel and abroad.

• Ongoing work with engineering teams in Israel and abroad, including management of multiple interfaces.

• Supporting and managing subcontractors, working with customers, and troubleshooting.

• Responsibility for the proper operation of the system laboratory, the technical work environment, and execution of the multidisciplinary integration plan in the project.


Requirements

• Senior Electronics Engineer or Engineering Technician.

• System-wide vision and ability/willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team.

• Proven experience working with RF or EW systems – mandatory.

• High-level English proficiency – mandatory.

• Experience in calibrations, experiments, RF testing using test equipment, and troubleshooting – mandatory.

• Experience with military and naval RF systems – significant advantage.

• Experience in customer acceptance processes abroad – advantage.

• Experience in team leadership – advantage.

• Experience in integrations or systems engineering – advantage.

• Experience working with signal processing systems – advantage.
