Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing automated systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation engineering, with expertise in AI and IT infrastructure automation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement automated systems to improve processes, save costs, and achieve better outcomes for our business and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of automated systems.
  • Utilize AI technologies to enhance automation processes and optimize performance.
  • Create comprehensive software test plans and test cases to validate the functionality of our systems.
  • Develop dashboards and generate code based on test cases to monitor and Analyse automation performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in automation engineering, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

*Hybrid work model: Requires working from the office twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays)


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Proficiency in C# programming language- Must
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field- Must
  • At least 6 years of Proven experience in automation engineering, with a strong understanding of digital systems- Must
  • Experience with AI technologies and machine learning algorithms- Advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues- Must
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment- Must
