Ability to contact and direct subcontractors, suppliers, testing lab, rental equipment companies, security, and temporary labor.</li><li>Project Knowledge – Ability to recognize conflicts in construction documents and in the field before they happen. Has intimate knowledge of the work site and can direct work according to the Superintendent’s direction.</li><li>Schedule Management - Demonstrates the ability to prepare, adjust, and adhere to a 3-week look ahead and overall project schedules. Display a sense of urgency.</li><li>Quality Management – Demonstrates commitment to quality construction and utilizing the guidelines set forth in the WCC QA/QC program (Quality Activity List, material verification, non-conformance tracking, exterior envelope QA, photography, etc.)</li><li>Safety Management - Exhibits an unwavering commitment to safety, including assisting with weekly safety meetings and taking preemptive measures to ensure safe work practices.</li><li>Contract Knowledge - Understand subcontracts, subcontractor responsibilities, and subcontractor scope of work.</li><li>Relationship Management - Formulates relationships with subcontractor field personnel based on mutual respect and knowledge.</li><li>Communication Skills – Have an ability to convey your message both verbally and in writing in a professional, intelligent, and concise manner.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Educaton/Experience Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>1-4+ years’ experience in similar construction project types</li></ul><p> </p><p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the employee assigned to this position.
