From healthcare facilities to corporate headquarters, retail centers to high end residential, White Construction approaches every project with remarkable attention to detail, offering our clients and partners the step-above service that has kept them coming back since 1971.</p></div><div role="region" data-page-number="1" aria-label="Page 1" data-loaded="true"><br role="presentation"><span dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Estimator Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></div><div role="region" data-page-number="1" aria-label="Page 1" data-loaded="true"><ul><li>Demonstrated, on multiple projects, expertise in all aspects of project estimating from project pre-planning thru commissioning/closeout.</li><li>Proven track record of successful estimating performance as measured by internal customer satisfaction, absence of project disputes based on budget/estimating problems, profitability, timely completion, project documentation, project transition from estimating to operations and estimating staff development.</li><li>Analyze architectural plans, blueprints, and project specifications to prepare accurate estimates for drywall projects.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information and data.</li><li>Calculate material quantities and labor costs required for each project.</li><li>Evaluate and select appropriate materials and construction methods to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.</li><li>Prepare detailed and competitive bids and proposals for clients.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors to address questions and provide clarifications.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.</li></ul></div><div role="region" data-page-number="2" aria-label="Page 2" data-loaded="true"><div><p><span dir="ltr" role="presentation"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Education/Certification Requirements:</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited four-yea</span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">r college or university in Construction&nbsp;</span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">related field.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">Excellent writing, communica</span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">tion, and organization skills. </span></li><li><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude. </span></li><li><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">Self-starter, results driven and able to work independently. </span></li><li><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">Ability to develop and maintain effect</span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">ive relationships with a broad gr</span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">oup of stakeholde</span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">rs to foster </span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">trust and partnership. </span></li><li><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">Ability to multi-task and is comfortable </span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">working in a deadline-driven environment. </span></li></ul></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">The above statements are intended to </span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">describe the general nature and level of</span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation"> work performed by the employee </span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">assigned to this position.
