We act as the central nervous system for engineering, enabling platform teams to unify their stack and expose it as a governed layer through golden paths for developers and AI agents.

By combining rich engineering context, workflows, and actions, we help organizations transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining control and accountability.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead a product domain within the Port platform - together with a team of engineers and product designers, you will own an end-to-end product domain through leading ideation, execution, and launch of new features and capabilities.
  • Identify and validate product opportunities - own the discovery process by deeply exploring your domain in the Port platform to identify impactful problems and opportunities.
  • Own the product roadmap - identify and prioritize problems and opportunities within your/other Port platform domains.
  • Execute product plans - deliver value through product enhancements. Work together with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring new product capabilities to life.
  • Communicate product updates & vision - develop a deep understanding of Port’s offering and value proposition, and work with marketing to articulate them internally and externally.
  • Empower the company - provide easy and intuitive ways for all departments to consume and act upon product knowledge.

Requirements

  • At least three years of product management experience with a proven track record in delivering impactful products.
  • You have a strong technical orientation, and can understand complex technical concepts and technologies.
  • You are passionate about building great user experiences, and have a keen eye for details, UX, and design.
  • You are a great communicator. You know how to explain product decisions rationally and inspire your team.
  • You are analytical and experienced in working with both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive product decisions.
  • Previous experience with product-led companies and self-service products - advantage.
  • Previous experience as a developer or a DevOps engineer - advantage.
