Key Accountabilities:
- Prepares food in line with training received
- Follows recipes and instructions
- Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials
- Adheres to hygiene schedules, cleaning schedules and the Hotel’s P&P
General Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience, including training and/or internships
- Good command in Cantonese and Basic English is required
- Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
