<div>Working Loaction: Change Naval base</div><div>Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm (OT may required on Weekend)</div><div><br></div><div>Job Description:</div><ul><li>Assist Warehouse Manager in running and overseeing the daily operations of Material Management(MM) Dept. Ensure department performance met the customer’s contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI).</li><li>Manage daily MM Dept operations, includes Order Fulfillment, Shelf-Life monitoring and Cyclical Inventory Counts.</li><li>Lead the MM team to ensure that all Order Pick &amp; Pack, Inventory Counts and Adhoc operations activities are well coordinated.</li><li>Manage ad-hoc activities and exceptional cases, such as inventory discrepancy and support Navy Exercises.</li><li>Compile and computing of monthly transactions Performance Reports.</li><li>Ensure filing and documentations are completed in an efficient and systematically order for easy retrieval.</li><li>Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with the safety regulation.</li><li>Manage manpower distribution on activity-based requirement.</li><li>Attend to monthly ROP checks by the authority.</li><li>Provide on-job training to the warehouse staff.</li><li>Perform Shift Duty Executive role to ensure Silent Hour Requests are attended to.</li><li>Any other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Requirement:</div><ul><li>Minimally graduated with a Diploma in Supply Chain &amp; Logistics Management</li><li>Preferably with Forklift and Class 3 Driving Licenses</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Salary Range : $2,500 - $3,900</div>
