About the Role
- Responsible for all aspects of system performance including definition, analysis, modeling, and simulations.
- Gather customer needs and workflows, and translate them into system requirements.
- Lead systems characterization, conceptual design, feasibility studies, and V&V activities.
- Support system integration, troubleshooting, calibration, and root‑cause analysis.
- Contribute to UI/UX definition for new products.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across R&D, marketing, and customer support.
- Travel globally to customer sites as needed.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical, Electro-Optics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Mechanical) – required
- M.Sc. in Systems Engineering – advantage
- 5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary system development (electro-optics, motion systems, Failure Analysis, etc.) – required
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other high-level programming languages - required
- Fluent English, both written and verbal – required
- Experience and understanding of semiconductor industry processes – required
- Creative, analytical, problem-solving mindset and strong teamwork skills.
