About the Role
<div>A stunning new French restaurant is coming to life in an architectural gem in NYC next Spring. Helmed by an award-winning visionary, this will be one of the most innovative and significant restaurants to come for years.</div><div><br></div><div>We are now seeking a <strong>Chef de Cuisine</strong> to create and deliver an elegant culinary experience that effortlessly intertwines comfort with luxury, whilst focusing on simplicity and authenticity.</div><div><br></div><div>The Chef de Cuisine will:</div><ul><li>Oversee the full spectrum of culinary operations, including food cost management, recipe development, ordering, and inventory;</li><li>Work closely with Executive Chef and owner to create compelling menus that integrate personal storytelling;</li><li>Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented and high-performing culinary team.</li></ul><div>We’re seeking:</div><ul><li>Extensive experience in classical and modern French cuisine;</li><li>A proven track record of organising and operating a successful kitchen and team;</li><li>An innate drive for excellence, and an ability to inspire others;</li><li>Outstanding communication skills;</li><li>A passion and understanding for creating extraordinary, genuine experiences.</li></ul><div>This is a singular opportunity to create a remarkable restaurant in a setting with immense cultural significance.</div>
