Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficient management of both physical and electronic records, including record sentencing, in accordance with set service standards and contractual requirements.

 

 

Main Duties:

 

  • Mailroom
  • Reception duties
  • File creations and retrievals
  • Data Entry/Admin
  • Handle and resolve phone and email enquiries
  • Ad hoc administration / duties as required
  • Some moderate to heavy lifting

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Current valid driver’s license, and able to drive a van in the CBD and possibly heavy traffic
  • Travelling to various sites located within the CBD, Mitcham and Mulgrave
  • Mailroom and Reception experience is an advantage; however, training will be provided at all sites
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work well within or lead a team
  • Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills
  • Desire to deliver and exceed client expectations
