You’ll be at the forefront, ensuring each client starts off on the right foot with our technology!</div><div><br></div><div><strong>What you will do:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Merchant Onboarding</strong> <strong>Training Delivery</strong>: Conduct virtual or in-person training sessions, teaching merchants how to use StoreHub’s POS software and hardware effectively. Customize training approaches based on the needs and technical abilities of each merchant.</li><li><strong>Technical Support</strong>: Assist merchants in troubleshooting any issues during setup and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.</li><li><strong>Customer&nbsp;</strong><strong>Relationship Building</strong>: Serve as the key point of contact during onboarding, building strong relationships with merchants and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience.</li><li><strong>Documentation &amp; Follow-Up</strong>: Accurately document all training sessions, feedback, and progress in the CRM system (Salesforce). Conduct follow-up calls to ensure merchants are fully set up and answer any post-training questions.</li><li><strong>Upselling Services</strong>: Upsell additional services such as BIR Registration and Product Setup.</li><li><strong>Project Management</strong>: Manage your onboarding schedule effectively, ensuring training is completed on time and that merchants meet their go-live dates.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Provide feedback on the onboarding process and collaborate with internal teams to improve training materials and the overall onboarding experience.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What you'll need to have:</strong></div><ul><li>Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or training, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems, software, or retail technology is a strong advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.</li><li>Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot technical issues with ease.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Enthusiasm for helping small businesses grow through technology.</li><li>Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and other customer support tools is a plus.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What makes working at StoreHub awesome (and refreshing!):</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Our people -&nbsp;</strong>for real!
