We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team, the core of the monday CRM experience. This team builds the workflows that help sales teams capture leads, manage pipelines, and close deals faster, powered by flexibility, AI, automation, and data-rich visualizations.

You’ll play a high-impact role, owning the end-to-end design of complex features and influencing the direction of one of monday.com’s most strategic products. You’ll collaborate across functions, mentor other designers, and shape the future of revenue workflows for thousands of businesses worldwide.

About The Role

  • Own design processes end-to-end: discovery, ideation, prototyping, validation, and polished execution
  • Partner with PMs, engineers, analysts, and designers to deliver impactful features at scale
  • Tackle complex UX challenges around pipeline management, forecasting, automation, and lead prioritization
  • Design with an AI-first mindset, incorporating advanced tools into both the product and your workflow
  • Create intuitive, scalable, and data-rich experiences that empower sales teams to move faster and smarter
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, building reusable components that support rapid scaling
  • Lead processes and projects while mentoring teammates, giving feedback, and promoting craft excellence
  • Collaborate on A/B testing and research, validating assumptions and improving design outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years designing digital products (ideally SaaS, workflow, or data-driven tools)
  • Portfolio showcasing strong UX, clean UI, and measurable product impact
  • Experience designing complex systems with flexible flows and heavy data presentation
  • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong visual and interaction design skills
  • Proficiency in Figma and design systems
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills


Nice to have:

  • SaaS/B2B experience with CRM, sales, or forecasting tools
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and designing user-friendly AI-powered experiences
  • Familiarity with AI prototype tools such as Figma make, base44, bolt, or lovable
