About the Role
<div><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong></div><div>We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize Salesforce instance. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the platform, integrating third-party applications, and translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure user adoption, data integrity, and system performance.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory):&nbsp;</strong></div><div>- Salesforce Administration: Minimum 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce environments, including sandbox management.</div><div>- User Management: Experience in user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.</div><div>- Configuration Changes: Proficient in implementing Salesforce configuration changes including Flow, custom objects, fields, dashboards, and reports; exposure to root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues.</div><div>- Integration Experience: Familiarity with third-party applications such as DocuSign and Nintex Drawloop for document generation and automation.</div><div>- Reporting and Analytics: Ability to design and implement complex reports and dashboards to provide business insights.</div><div>- Data Management: Experience in data governance, cleansing, deduplication, and migration to maintain data integrity.</div><div>- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</div><div>- Salesforce Certifications: Admin Certification is mandatory; Advanced Admin and Developer certifications preferred.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Good to Have Skillsets (Optional):&nbsp;</strong></div><div>- Experience with Additional Clouds: Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.</div><div>- User Training: Ability to develop user training materials and conduct training sessions.</div><div>- Proactive Improvement: A proactive attitude toward platform enhancements and best practice implementations.</div><div>- Technical Solution Proposals: Skill in gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions.</div><div>- Understanding of Security Models: Knowledge of Salesforce sharing rules, roles, and organization-wide defaults (OWD).</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications and Experience:&nbsp;</strong></div><div>- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.</div><div>- Experience Level: 1-2 years for junior roles; 5+ years for senior roles.</div>
