DevOps Team Leader

mPrest Defense is seeking a DevOps Team Lead for a strategic and challenging position, aimed at candidates with extensive experience in DevOps and proven management skills to lead technological teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading the DevOps team, including professional mentoring and personal development of team members
• Leading advanced CI/CD processes and improving existing methodologies
• Managing and maintaining DevOps infrastructures in cloud and on-premises environments
• Developing and implementing automation processes to optimize performance and enhance workflow efficiency
• Utilizing Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Overseeing tasks, troubleshooting complex issues, and leading technical escalation processes
• Collaborating with development, IT, and security teams to enhance integration and system stability

This position combines hands-on technical work with strong managerial responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as DevOps/DevSecOps
• At least 2 years of managerial experience leading a DevOps team or a similar technology team
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems
• Deep knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies—Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools—Ansible, Terraform
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Security clearance—highly advantage
