Netafim's Customer Service Department is hiring a Global Customer Service Representative.
The role involves providing top customer service, managing logistical processes, handling orders from the quotation stage to actual shipment.
What will your day look like at Netafim?
Direct management of activities with the company's global customers
Addressing all customer needs and inquiries
Handling sales documents from the quotation stage to shipment execution
Managing the shipping process with internal and external partners
Gathering data, analyzing reports, and collaborating with various internal and external interfaces
Requirements
Experience in export logistics and account management - Mandatory
Experience working with global customers - Mandatory
Proficiency in Outlook, Office, Excel - Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or another academic field - Advantage
Familiarity with SAP system - Advantage
High customer service orientation and ability to work independently
Experience handling multiple interfaces and meeting deadlines
Strong organizational skills, attention to details
High proficiency in Hebrew and English
