About our Line of Business – Cloud & Data Centre Solutions

ST Engineering Cloud and Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd provides all aspects of cloud management, services, and solutions, from initial setup and migration to ongoing operations and optimization. Services include engineering works to design, build and provide facility management service for mission critical environments such data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.

We are hiring a Network Administrator to support and enhance our cloud and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPN configuration, and AWS network services, along with a working understanding of ITIL processes. You will play a key role in maintaining secure and reliable network connectivity across hybrid environments.

Be Part of Our Success

• Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
• Configure and monitor AWS networking components (VPC, Security Groups, Route Tables, etc.).
• Respond to network-related incidents and service requests following ITIL practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualities We Value

• Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with AWS networking services (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.).
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Strong team collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
• Certification in AWS/Microsoft AZURE/Google cloud and Network will be advantageous.
