About the Role

Job Scope

กำหนดแผนการผลิตอาหารสัตว์ และจัดทำแผนการผลิตพรีมิกซ์ รวมทั้งการจัดทำประมาณการใช้วัตถุดิบให้เพียงพอ และสอดคล้องกับแผนผลิต รวมถึงการจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  1. จัดทำสูตรการผลิต (BOM D,Y,L) ให้ทันและสอดคล้องต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงวัตถุดิบ ราคาและ Standard Cost.
  2. จัดทำ Production Version ให้รองรับกับแผนการผลิต
  3. สร้างข้อมูล MRP View สำหรับวัตถุดิบหรือสินค้าใหม่
  4. คำนวนต้นทุน Calculate Cost ให้สอดคล้องกับสูตรและไลน์ผลิต เพื่อให้สะท้อนต้นทุนที่เป็นปัจจุบัน
  5. จัดทำประมาณการใช้และกำหนดส่งมอบ วัตถุดิบ เคมีภัณฑ์ บรรจุภัณฑ์ ให้สอดคล้องและเพียงพอกับประมาณการผลิต
  6. ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการผลิต ประจำวัน SAP, Middleware   และปรับปรุงข้อมูลให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
  7. รวบรวม Order ในเครือ นอกเครือ และจัดทำแผนผลิต รายสัปดาห์
  8. สรุปรายงานการวางแผน การผลิต รายวัน รายเดือน
  9. ควบคุมปริมาณสต็อคสินค้าคงคลัง และอายุการจัดเก็บ
  10. จัดทำเอกสารระบบ   ISO, HACCP, GHP, WCM, BTMS, BQM, IQA เพื่อรองรับการตรวจจากหน่วยงานภายนอกและภายใน

การศึกษาและประสบการณ์

  1. วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี สาขา วศบ./ อสบ./ คอบ.สาขาอุตสาหการ/ วทบ. หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์: ในตำแหน่งอย่างอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  3. สถานที่ปฎิบัติงาน : โรงงานอาหารสัตว์ อ.แปลงยาว จ.ฉะเชิงเทรา
