Retail Pharmacy Technician

<p style="margin-top:6.0pt;text-align:justify;">Reporting to the Retail Pharmacist, the selected candidate will have the responsibility to engage, counsel, provide good customers service.</p><div><br></div><div><strong><u>What you will be doing:</u></strong></div><div>Follow strictly the pharmacy philosophy of engaging customers with good customer service</div><div>Coordinate with the Retail Pharmacist for advice and proper dispensing of prescription drugs to patients</div><div>Maintain and keep reports requested to track the retail day to day activity</div><div>Manage the daily floating cash assigned: count at beginning of the day and reconcile the cash on day-end against payment collected and cash back given</div><div>Answer timely to Pharmacy phone calls, counsel patients and whenever a drug is requested over the phone, it is adequately booked and prepared for the patient</div><div>Follow instructions provided by the Retail Supervisor and report any event occurred at the pharmacy during his / her shift</div><div>In coordination with the Retail Supervisor, follow and achieve the monthly and yearly Retail objectives</div><div>Perform the stock inventory and investigate stock discrepancies root causes and execute the action plan to reduce variances continuously and to replenish stock accordingly.</div>
