The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of both<br>front-end and back-end technologies, along with a proven track record of leading<br>development teams to success. This role demands a deep proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring<br>Boot, JPA, Kafka, Splunk, GitLab, REST API services, React.js, Node.js, Next.js,<br>Javascript, HTML, CSS, and Styled Components. <br><br>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities :<br>• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using a wide range of<br>technologies. <br><br>• Architect and implement robust back-end solutions with Java, Spring, and Spring<br>Boot. <br><br>• Develop and integrate REST API services to ensure seamless communication<br>between front-end and back-end systems. <br><br>• Implement and maintain front-end interfaces using Javascript , React.js, Node.js,<br>Next.js, HTML, CSS, and Styled Components. <br><br>• Manage real-time data processing and streaming with Kafka. <br><br>• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues using Splunk. <br><br>• Utilize GitLab for version control and CI/CD processes. <br><br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. <br><br>• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices through code reviews and<br>continuous improvement. <br><br>Key Skills<br><br>• Java &amp; Spring/Spring Boot: Extensive experience in building and deploying back-end<br>services. <br><br>• Kafka: Skilled in implementing real-time data pipelines and messaging systems. <br><br>• Splunk: Expertise in monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting application<br>performance. <br><br>• GitLab: Strong knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines. <br><br>• REST API Services: Proficient in designing and consuming RESTful web services. <br><br>• Front-End Technologies: Advanced skills in Javascript, React.js, Node.js, Next.js,<br>HTML, CSS, and Styled Components. <br><br>• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br> <br>• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's<br>preferred). <br><br>• 3+ years of experience in full stack development. <br><br>• Proven track record of leading successful development projects. <br><br>• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. </div>
