What You’ll Do:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide expert solutions to ensure client satisfaction
- Work directly with management to develop best practices and set quality standards as the team grows
- Collaborate with other service departments to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience preferred
- Current EPA certification (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to contribute to a developing team
- Willingness to adapt and help establish standards and procedures in a new division
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
