 Salary range: $63,024 - $81,120 annually 
 

Meeting Street is currently looking for a Speech Language Pathologist in Early Intervention working 40 hours weekly.  


Duties: 

  • Assess the functional capabilities of children ages 0-3 relative to their age-appropriate milestones for potential developmental delays or developmental risk factors.  
  • Provide individual home-based and virtual services for a caseload of families with a wide range of racial backgrounds, cultures, religions, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, gender identity and abilities with understanding of how their life experiences may be impacted by social determinants.  
  • Collaborate with the family to develop goals to address the child’s development that fit into their daily routines and play.  
  • Teach and coach caregivers to integrate strategies into the family’s daily routines to aid in the child meeting major developmental milestones.  
  • Continuously assess the progress of your clients and collaboratively adjust the plan as needed.  
  • Consult and partner with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Nurses and Social Workers.  
  • Ensure that all events and documentation are completed within the program’s required timelines. 

Requirements: 

  • Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Massachusetts.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to provide own transportation to appointments. 
  • CPR and first aid certifications or be willing and able to become certified.
