About the Role

Position Summary:

Silverlake “The Family Place” is seeking energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Active Entertainment team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, engagement, and overall experience of guests using our trampoline park, ropes course, and Clip ‘n Climb walls. This is a hands-on role ideal for team players who enjoy working with families and children in a fun, fast-paced environment.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety First: Monitor all attractions to ensure guests are following safety rules and guidelines; enforce policies firmly and professionally.
  • Attraction Oversight: Operate and supervise the trampoline park, ropes course, and Clip ‘n Climb stations with confidence and care.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and proactive customer service—answer questions, assist with harnessing and gear, and help guests feel comfortable and confident.
  • Readiness Checks: Perform daily inspections of equipment and attractions; report any hazards or malfunctions immediately.
  • Clean & Tidy: Keep the activity areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Team Support: Assist with opening/closing procedures, special events, and cross-training in other areas as needed.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Be alert and ready to respond to injuries, incidents, or emergency situations following the facility’s protocols.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on your feet for long periods
  • Comfortable working at heights and assisting guests with harnesses and equipment
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-energy or emergency situations
  • Previous experience in customer service, childcare, or active recreation is a plus
  • CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

 Schedule & Availability:

  • Part-time and weekend shifts available
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during school breaks
