This role is key to building and nurturing distributor relationships, driving mutual fund sales through banks and national distributors, and executing our sales strategy with excellence.<br><br>If you’re someone who thrives in a high-impact, relationship-driven environment and understands the mutual fund industry deeply, we’d love to meet you.<br></span>&nbsp;</div><div><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>&nbsp;• Drive mutual fund sales through <strong>National Distributors and Banks</strong> in the Mumbai region.<br>&nbsp;• Develop strong relationships with distributors and channel partners to increase DSP’s market share.<br>&nbsp;• Conduct regular meetings with partners, understand business needs, and share insights with internal teams.<br>&nbsp;• Activate new distributors and help grow their AUM with DSP.<br>&nbsp;• Deliver on net sales targets by building long-term, sticky assets.<br>&nbsp;• Strengthen DSP’s brand presence and recall in the region.<br>&nbsp;• Track market trends, competitor activities, and distributor feedback—ensuring timely action and adaptation.<br>&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;Execute sales plans effectively and achieve business goals</span></div><div><br></div><div><span><span><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br>&nbsp;• <strong>Capital markets expertise</strong> and deep understanding of the mutual fund industry.<br>&nbsp;• Strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.<br>&nbsp;• Self-starter with a positive attitude, high motivation, and strong communication skills.<br>&nbsp;• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<br>&nbsp;• Ability to bring strategic thinking into on-ground execution.<br>&nbsp;• NISM VA Certification (must be completed before joining if not already certified).</span>&nbsp;</span></div><div><br></div><div><span><span><strong>Why Join DSP?</strong><br><br>At DSP, we believe in long-term thinking not just in investments, but in people and relationships.
