About the Role
<div>We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Project Lead with 3 to 4 years of experience to oversee and manage end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and deliver high-quality outputs within scope, time, and budget. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Lead small to medium-sized delivery projects</li><li>Collaborate with our testing team and customer’s BA, developers, QA, to ensure timely delivery</li><li>Assist in project planning, task breakdown, scheduling, and resource allocation</li><li>Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; escalate when necessary</li><li>Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum practices)</li><li>Maintain project documentation (status reports, timelines, budgets, etc.)</li><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards and client requirements</li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients</li><li>Scout and enhance potential cross-sell, up sell opportunities with existing customers</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</li><li>3 to 4 years of experience in IT project management or software development leadership</li><li>Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies</li><li>Proficient in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar</li><li>Basic understanding of programming concepts or technical environments (Added Advantage)</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>CSM, PSM, SAFe or PMP certification (One Certification Mandatory)</li><li>Hands-on experience with project estimation, budgeting and risk management</li><li>Exposure to client-facing roles or onshore-offshore coordination</li></ul>
