This</p> <p>position requires deep hands-on experience with MDM solutions (such as Intune, JAMF,</p> <p>Air Watch, or similar platforms) to ensure the effective deployment, management, and</p> <p>security of mobile devices within our organization. The ideal candidate will also be</p> <p>responsible for overseeing the MDM team, implementing best practices, and ensuring</p> <p>our mobile security posture is strong and compliant.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>MDM Solution Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the deployment and administration of MDM solutions (e.g., Intune,</li> </ul> <p>JAMF, MobileIron, Air Watch, etc.) across all mobile devices and</p> <p>endpoints in the organization.</p> <ul> <li>Work with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and manage</li> </ul> <p>MDM policies for mobile devices, ensuring seamless integration and</p> <p>secure device management.</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the enrolment, configuration, and management of mobile</li> </ul> <p>devices and applications, ensuring proper security protocols and</p> <p>compliance standards are met.</p> <p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and mentor a team of MDM administrators, providing guidance</li> </ul> <p>on best practices for device management, security, and troubleshooting.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with IT security, network, and infrastructure teams to ensure</li> </ul> <p>MDM policies are consistent with company security standards and</p> <p>regulations.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure team members are trained and up-to-date with the latest MDM</li> </ul> <p>best practices, technologies, and security threats.</p> <p><strong>Mobile Device Security &amp; Compliance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enforce security measures and policies to ensure mobile devices are</li> </ul> <p>compliant with organizational security standards, including device</p> <p>encryption, remote wipe capabilities, and application management.</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and audit device compliance, resolving security risks and</li> </ul> <p>addressing non-compliance issues promptly.</p> <ul> <li>Implement and maintain security measures for data protection on mobile</li> </ul> <p>devices in line with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).• MDM Policy</p> <p><strong>Development &amp; Optimization:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and enforce policies for mobile device usage, security,</li> </ul> <p>application deployment, and management.</p> <ul> <li>Continuously improve MDM processes and workflows for more efficient</li> </ul> <p>and scalable device management.</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve device configuration, deployment, and security</li> </ul> <p>issues, ensuring quick response times and minimal business disruption.</p> <p><strong>Device Lifecycle Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the full lifecycle of mobile devices from procurement,</li> </ul> <p>deployment, maintenance, and end-of-life management, ensuring data</p> <p>security during all phases.</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with IT asset management and procurement teams to</li> </ul> <p>ensure timely provisioning, decommissioning, and replacement of</p> <p>devices as necessary.</p> <p><strong>Troubleshooting &amp; Support:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for mobile device</li> </ul> <p>issues, escalations, and incidents.</p> <ul> <li>Respond to critical incidents or security breaches related to mobile</li> </ul> <p>devices, ensuring fast resolution and minimal impact on business</p> <p>operations.</p> <p><strong>Reporting &amp; Documentation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain detailed documentation for MDM policies, configurations, and</li> </ul> <p>procedures.</p> <ul> <li>Generate regular reports on device compliance, health, and security for</li> </ul> <p>senior management and other stakeholders.</p> <ul> <li>Track and document device management incidents, resolutions, and</li> </ul> <p>improvements to enhance the overall MDM program.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience with MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune,</li> </ul> <p>JAMF, Air Watch, MobileIron, or similar enterprise MDM platforms.</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of mobile device security, including device</li> </ul> <p>encryption, remote wipe, compliance policies, and app management.</p> <ul> <li>Experience in integrating MDM solutions with other corporate IT systems,</li> </ul> <p>such as Active Directory, VPN, and cloud applications.</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows) and</li> </ul> <p>mobile device management policies.</p> <ul> <li>Team Leadership Proven experience leading a team of MDM administrators or IT</li> </ul> <p>professionals.</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and</li> </ul> <p>fostering a collaborative work environment.</p> <ul> <li>Ability to provide guidance and troubleshooting expertise for team</li> </ul> <p>members and stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability</li> </ul> <p>to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</p> <ul> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to device</li> </ul> <p>management and troubleshooting.</p> <ul> <li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Certifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator</li> </ul> <p>Associate, JAMF Certified Technician, Apple Certified iOS Technician</p> <p>(ACiT), or any relevant certifications in MDM tools and mobile security are</p> <p>preferred.</p> <ul> <li>CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security</li> </ul> <p>Professional (CISSP), or similar certifications are a plus.</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in MDM administration or similar IT roles, with a</li> </ul> <p>deep understanding of MDM tools and their functionality.</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in a leadership or senior-level role, overseeing a</li> </ul> <p>team of administrators or managing enterprise-level MDM</p> <p>implementations.</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with a large-scale mobile device fleet (500+ devices)</li> </ul> <p>in an enterprise environment.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>
