About the Role

We are looking for a bright, resourceful, and enthusiastic Bachelor’s degree graduate to join our Customer Success team as a b Performance Analyst. This position is especially suitable for graduates in Communications, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or similar fields. This is an amazing opportunity to dive deep into the world of AI, online marketing, PPC, creative analysis, and reporting. This position requires a creative and outside-of-the-box mindset, with the ability to watch creatives and understand the thought and strategy behind them, in order to translate them into value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of all creative and analysis-related projects, including: Creative mapping, integration QA, reporting & analysis, and client presentations.
  • Existing client adjustments based on additional requests (internal and external) for more client value.
  • Feature standardization and taxonomy for all current and future Alison clients.
  • Studying new clients and meeting them for introductory sessions to understand their needs.
  • Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure their effectiveness and provide actionable insights for future strategies.
  • Additional ad-hoc assignments related to features, client requests, additional CSM projects, and technical projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in Communications, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Native-level English - both spoken and written - a must.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Social media enthusiast - You know the difference between TikTok and FB creatives, CGI and UGC.
  • Design and creative background - an advantage.
  • PPC or organic marketing knowledge - an advantage.
  • A hands-on, fast learner, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant internship during studies - an advantage.
