The Treasury Systems Administrator will monitor support mailboxes and ServiceNow tickets for issue tracking and resolution, analyze reported issues, and communicate with support teams and banking contacts. They will also assist with testing and documentation for system developments or enhancements to TRAX.

We are currently searching for a Treasury Systems Administrator:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor support mailboxes and ServiceNow tickets for issue tracking and resolution.
- Analyze reported issues to determine the root cause.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 Support.
- Communicate with support teams, business representatives, and banking contacts to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure all issues are logged appropriately in ServiceNow.
- Assist with testing and documentation for system developments or enhancements to TRAX.
- Keep banking and SAP support teams informed of any relevant local developments.
- Maintain up-to-date business documentation, process flows, and contact lists.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting IT Finance Systems.
- Clear and effective communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Desired:
- Experience working with TRAX or other treasury and banking systems.
- Background in working with banks or corporate treasury teams.
Languages:
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.

Requirements
1. Core Experience & Skills
- Total Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting IT Finance Systems.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience working with banks or corporate treasury teams is highly desired.
2. Technical Expertise
- Ticketing Systems: Proven experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms for issue tracking, resolution, and escalation.
- Financial Systems: Direct experience with TRAX or other treasury and banking systems is a significant plus.
- System Lifecycle: Experience with testing and documentation for system developments or enhancements.
3. Experience in the Multimedia and Streaming Industry
- Direct Experience: Demonstrated experience working for multimedia or streaming companies.
- Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of the business and operational models common in the industry (e.g., content management, delivery, monetization).
4. Locations:
- Candidates in Mexico City, Monterrey or Guadalajara—in Mexico in general—can fill the role.
5. Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
