Projects Manager

<div><strong>NTS is looking for a Projects Manager to join their thriving company!</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Description:</strong></div><p style="margin:0in;vertical-align:baseline;">-Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.</p><p style="margin:0in;vertical-align:baseline;">-Define project milestones and ensure deliverables are met within specified timelines and budgets..</p><p style="margin:0in;vertical-align:baseline;">-Work closely with the COO and other key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of project goals with overall organizational objectives.</p><p style="margin:0in;vertical-align:baseline;">-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and other external vendors during project execution.</p><p style="margin:0in;vertical-align:baseline;">-Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;">-Conduct regular status meetings and update reports to ensure all parties are well-informed on project timelines, progress, and challenges.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;">-Identify potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality early in the project lifecycle.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;">-Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risks, ensuring that projects stay on track.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;">-Resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on the project’s outcome.</p><p style="margin:0in;vertical-align:baseline;">-Ensure that client requirements are accurately captured and translated into project deliverables.</p><p style="margin:0in;vertical-align:baseline;">-Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and maintain strong client relationships.</p><p style="margin:0in;vertical-align:baseline;">-Ensure project goals meet or exceed client expectations, delivering high-quality ERP solutions.</p><p style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:12.0pt;margin-left: 0in;vertical-align:baseline;"><br></p><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><p style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height: normal;vertical-align:baseline;">-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height: normal;vertical-align:baseline;">-Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in ERP systems, specifically with Odoo applications.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">-PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">-Proficient in risk management and adapting to changes.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">-Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).</p><p style="text-align:justify;">-Strong leadership and team management abilities.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">-Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><div><strong>Working Conditions:&nbsp;</strong></div><div><strong>Working days:&nbsp;</strong>Sunday to Thursday (Hybrid)</div><div><strong>Working hours:</strong> 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00AM to 6:00PM</div><div><strong>Location:</strong> Maadi</div>
