Job Description:
- Lead and manage operational support for business pursuits and client engagements.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to prepare and submit business opportunities in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on ongoing pursuits, maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure progress.
- Analyze operational workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvements in pursuit and growth processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations supporting business growth.
- Prepare reports and updates on operational performance related to growth activities for senior management.
- Support the development and implementation of company-wide growth plans with an operational focus.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in operations, business development support, or related roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience improving operational processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
