Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing operational activities related to business development pursuits. This role ensures seamless coordination between departments to support client acquisition, follow-up on business opportunities, and align operational resources effectively. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to operational challenges while driving growth initiatives that enhance the company’s competitive edge.

 

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage operational support for business pursuits and client engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to prepare and submit business opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and follow up on ongoing pursuits, maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure progress.
  • Analyze operational workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvements in pursuit and growth processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations supporting business growth.
  • Prepare reports and updates on operational performance related to growth activities for senior management.
  • Support the development and implementation of company-wide growth plans with an operational focus.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in operations, business development support, or related roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience improving operational processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
