This team is the frontline for addressing and resolving customer-reported issues. You will be responsible for analyzing, debugging, optimizing, and delivering quick, effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to customer experience. This is a shift-based role requiring availability for round-the-clock support.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze and debug customer-reported issues in real-time.</li> <li>Develop and deploy quick fixes or workarounds to minimize customer impact.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and long-term solutions.</li> <li>Write clean, efficient Python code to support bug fixes and enhancements.</li> <li>Optimize performance of existing code and services for faster resolution and better scalability.</li> <li>Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes.</li> <li>Participate in a rotating shift schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.</li> </ul> <p><span data-teams="true"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in Python with experience in debugging and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in Team handling.</li> <li>Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend systems, and log analysis.</li> <li>Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and deliver quick, reliable fixes.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li> <li>Experience in customer support engineering or incident response roles.</li> <li>Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA.</li> <li>Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.</li> <li>Be at the heart of customer satisfaction and product reliability.</li> <li>Work in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment and comfortable to work in rotational shifts.</li> <li>Gain exposure to real-world problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>Cab will be provided based on the shifts.</li> </ul>
