About the Role

Description

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and are looking to take the next step in starting or advancing your career? You’ve come to the right place! We are searching for an enthusiastic front desk attendant to join our growing resort team.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and serve guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Check in and check out guests. Issue room keys and post charges and transactions to folios. Process folios ensuring all information is correct and up to date
  • Give clear and consistent directions to guest rooms. Communicate services and amenities of resort to all guests and owners
  • Receive and resolve guest complaints in a manner consistent with company policy. Relay any complaints to Front Desk Manager
  • Accurately maintain a cash bank
  • Attend meetings as necessary. Communicate important information clearly with other departments
  • Adhere to all safety and company policies
  • Rent equipment and sell store items
  • Complete regular duties as assigned daily checklist

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be able to work with a flexible schedule
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with accuracy and attention to detail, with minimal supervision
