Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner both face-to-face and over the phone
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Check in and check out guests. Issue room keys and post charges and transactions to folios. Process folios ensuring all information is correct and up to date
- Give clear and consistent directions to guest rooms. Communicate services and amenities of resort to all guests and owners
- Receive and resolve guest complaints in a manner consistent with company policy. Relay any complaints to Front Desk Manager
- Accurately maintain a cash bank
- Attend meetings as necessary. Communicate important information clearly with other departments
- Adhere to all safety and company policies
- Rent equipment and sell store items
- Complete regular duties as assigned daily checklist
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
- Customer service experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be able to work with a flexible schedule
- Ability to perform assigned duties with accuracy and attention to detail, with minimal supervision
