We’re looking for a dynamic experienced Production Line Tean Leader to join our manufacturing site Sella 1 in the north of Israel.

What will you be doing?

• Manage production line.
• Lead, guide, direct and motivate team members towards maximum performance.
• Monthly, weekly and daily production plans (plan vs. actual)
• Ensure production performance, capacity, and quality goals.
• Monitor key metrics covering efficiencies, labor, productivity, quality and delivery.
• Ensure to promote atmosphere allowing production employees to use best of their skills.
• Interface and collaboration with other disciplines managers – Eng., Quality, Supply chain, Maintenance, HR, IT/IS, finance and technology.
• Drive and implement ongoing continuous improvement (Lean).

Requirements

• Proven 5 years' experience as lines team leader in electronic manufacturing.
• Deep know-how knowledge in production processes / procedures.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication ability.
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
• Ability to grasp new concepts / processes easily.
• Attention to details to ensure high level of quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
