The Laundry Supervisor directs and recommends all laundry, pressing, and dry-cleaning services while ensuring hotel standards are upheld. They compile monthly reports, coordinate with vendors, handle disputes, and provide training to new staff.

Key Accountabilities:
- Directs and makes recommendations on all laundry, pressing and dry-cleaning services of the hotel while upholding hotel standards
- Compiles monthly reports to monitor Laundry room operation statistics and cost control
- Coordinates with external vendors and contractors for smooth operation of Laundry room
- Handles all disputes, complaints and claims
- Provides guidance and training to new staff
General Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of working experience in hotel laundry is preferred
- Knowledge in laundry, pressing and dry-cleaning machinery, techniques and standards
- Simple knowledge in computer usage and Microsoft applications
- Fluent Cantonese, fair English and basic Mandarin required
