The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Django/FastAPI, and front-end technologies, with a strong focus on clean architecture and team leadership.</p> <p><span data-teams="true"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.</li> <li>Architect and develop scalable web applications using Django/FastAPI.</li> <li>Familiar with Python best practices, PEP, ddd patterns, SOLID principles and its implementations in python.</li> <li>Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to model complex business domains and guide system architecture.</li> <li>Design and implement RESTful and asynchronous APIs.</li> <li>Oversee front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.</li> <li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps to align technical solutions with business goals.</li> <li>Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement.</li> <li>Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and team performance.</li> <li>Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability.</li> </ul> <p><span data-teams="true"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>5 - 8 years of full-stack development experience with Python.</li> <li>Strong backend expertise in Django and FastAPI.</li> <li>Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and clean architecture.</li> <li>Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js.</li> <li>Experience with relational databases - PostgreSQL and ORM tools.</li> <li>Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li>Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and asynchronous programming.</li> <li>Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms.</li> <li>Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li> </ul>
