What makes you a great fit

  • 6+ years of Python development experience with strong expertise in backend systems
  • Hands-on Cursor IDE experience (or willingness to quickly adapt)
  • Strong algorithmic thinking - Demonstrated expertise in complex algorithmic problem-solving and data structures
  • Proven work ethic with a results-driven, can-do attitude and startup mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration in our distributed team
  • Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure experience
  • Experience with FastAPI, RAG systems, or LLM integrations will be a plus

Your day-to-day in this position

  • Backend Infrastructure: Build and optimize our Python FastAPI & LLM Pipelines backend from the ground up, ensuring robust, scalable architecture
  • AI/ML Systems: Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for intelligent contact insights and personalized community recommendations
  • DevOps & Deployment: Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance monitoring
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our CTO and Mobile Dev to deliver seamless, integrated user experiences
  • Technical Leadership: Drive key technical decisions around LLM pipeline infrastructure, data architecture, and performance optimization strategies
