Operations Analyst Intern (Jakarta)

<div>As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting supply chain and operational improvement initiatives within the company. You will gain hands-on experience in logistics, process optimization, and performance analysis while working closely with cross-functional teams. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable industry insights and professional growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><strong>Supply Chain</strong></div><ul><li>Assist in analyzing historical shipping data to support 3PL Performance Evaluation.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and help develop strategies to optimize inventory.</li><li>Analyze 3PL performance data to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Logistic &amp; Supply Chain.</li><li>Invoice validation &amp; reconciliation from 3PL collaborate with the Finance Team.</li><li>Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.</li></ul><div><strong>Operations Improvement</strong></div><ul><li>Collaborate with cross function teams to streamline processes and Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Implement tools and systems to automate and optimize operational tasks.</li><li>Provide regular reports and insights to management on operational performance.</li><li>Document business processes and owners, and ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are adhered throughout the flow.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Final year student with no class to attend / Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply, majoring in Business Management, Supply Chain</li><li>Proficient in <strong>Adobe Photoshop</strong> is a plus.</li><li>Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields.</li><li>No prior experience necessary—just an eagerness to learn and develop new skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to take on new challenges.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>A genuine interest in contributing to a dynamic team and growing professionally.</li><li>Able to join immediately.</li></ul>
