REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven critical thinking skills in both data collection and complex analysis; ability to identify gaps and risks, summarize findings, and develop conclusions
- Effective at delegating tasks to junior staff while managing the overall quality of project deliverables
- Execution against project workplans, escalating risks and barriers, and coordinating client communication to ensure project delivery schedule is achieved
- Collaboration with internal team members during the project, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics
- Ability to apply proven methodologies and best practices to unique client situations; skilled at collaboration with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions to complex business problems
- Direct supervisory experience including coaching, mentorship, and providing feedback through performance management
CORE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills; strong written and oral English skills
- 3 to 5 years relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment
- Preferably 1 -2 years’ experience within consulting
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Direct supervisory experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (Revenue – RCM Healthcare Consulting):
- Relevant hospital or physician revenue cycle experience supervising a department and/or team-based projects with a focus on process improvement initiatives and change management, OR
- Project leadership and workplan management experience within a consulting firm setting with a focus on hospital or physician revenue cycle, denials management, revenue integrity, or patient access services
Work From Office Policy:
- Our hybrid working policy offers in office and remote flexibility by default based on team delivery and collaboration requirements
- In office time is leveraged for skillset development/bootcamps, team building, and collaboration activities
- Those on Epic projects or with client requirements must present daily, as project requires
- Leadership has discretion to require onsite presence
