Fueling the transformation to a seamless ecosystem of connected tools, Hexnode is revolutionizing the enterprise software and cybersecurity landscape.</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:450}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Job Overview :</strong></p> <p>The Channel Enablement Manager is responsible for empowering and supporting indirect sales&nbsp;channels—such as resellers, distributors, and strategic partners—by developing and delivering&nbsp;training, tools, and resources that drive partner success and revenue growth.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities :</strong></p> <p><strong>• Strategic Enablement Planning:</strong></p> <p>Design and implement global channel enablement strategies aligned with business goals and&nbsp;partner needs.</p> <p><strong>• Leadership &amp; Mentorship:</strong></p> <p>Lead a team of enablement specialists and collaborate with regional channel managers to&nbsp;scale programs effectively.</p> <p><strong>• Partner Lifecycle Management:</strong></p> <p>Oversee onboarding, training, certification, and continuous development programs for&nbsp;partners across all tiers.</p> <p><strong>• Content Strategy:</strong></p> <p>Develop and manage a comprehensive content roadmap including sales playbooks,&nbsp;competitive battle cards, product guides, and training modules.</p> <p><strong>• Technology &amp; Tools:</strong></p> <p>Optimize the use of enablement platforms (e.g., LMS, PRM, CMS) to deliver scalable and&nbsp;measurable programs.</p> <p><strong>• Performance Analytics:</strong></p> <p>Define KPIs and use data-driven insights to refine enablement strategies and demonstrate&nbsp;ROI.</p> <p><strong>• Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong></p> <p>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging&nbsp;and ensure consistency across partner touchpoints.• Event Leadership:</p> <p>Spearhead partner summits, webinars, and virtual training events to foster engagement and&nbsp;knowledge sharing.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements :</strong></p> <p>• 10–15 years of experience in channel enablement, partner marketing, or sales enablement in&nbsp;a B2B environment</p> <p>• Proven success in building and scaling global partner enablement programs</p> <p>• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills</p> <p>• Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, sales cycles, and go-to-market strategies</p> <p>• Experience with enablement tools like Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, Salesforce, and PRM&nbsp;platforms</p> <p>• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills</p> <p>• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Enablement&nbsp;Professional) preferred</p>
