This role is crucial for driving data-informed decisions across our financial planning and partnership initiatives. You will be a key player in supporting the FP&amp;A team with robust financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights.</p> <p>In addition to core finance functions, you will take the lead on the analytical framework for our strategic partnerships. This involves creating models for new ventures, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to ensure precise data tracking and measurement, and evaluating the performance of these partnerships to ensure they align with our financial goals.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Develop sophisticated financial models</strong> to analyse growth in terms of revenue, user acquisition costs, and lifetime value metrics.</li> <li><strong>Create and optimise unit economics frameworks</strong> to understand premium/freemium conversions, subscription dynamics, LTV calculations, and user acquisition payback periods.</li> <li><strong>Build custom financial models for new partners</strong> to project potential ROI and guide negotiation strategy.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate with engineering and product teams</strong> to establish and maintain sufficient data tracking and measurement for all partnership activities.</li> <li><strong>Measure and report on the performance of strategic partnerships</strong>, ensuring that partnership revenue is accurately integrated into broader financial reporting.</li> <li><strong>Analyse revenue impacts</strong> of potential product features and prepare evidence-based recommendations.</li> <li><strong>Investigate revenue fluctuations</strong> and develop data-driven strategies to address performance issues.</li> <li><strong>Create and maintain comprehensive financial datarooms for investors</strong>, including key financial metrics, cohort analyses, and performance dashboards.</li> <li><strong>Present financial insights</strong> to peers and senior leaders, ensuring findings directly influence strategic decisions.</li> <li><strong>Standardise financial analysis methodologies</strong> (e.g., ROI calculations) and promote the adoption of financial best practices across teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in Analytics and Data, or similar like FP&amp;A.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in <strong>SQL</strong> and experience with data visualization tools like <strong>Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms</strong>.</li> <li>Proven experience in <strong>building complex financial and operational models</strong> from the ground up.</li> <li>Exceptional ability in <strong>data storytelling</strong> and communicating complex financial insights to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.</li> <li>A deep understanding of <strong>core financial metrics</strong> (LTV, CAC, Payback Periods, ROI) and their connection to business objectives.</li> <li>Experience in <strong>cross-functional collaboration</strong>, particularly with technical teams (engineering, product) to influence and drive projects.</li> <li>A strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and the <strong>ability to work autonomously</strong> in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Some experience with <strong>Product Analytics and AB testing</strong>.</li> <li>Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-Hybrid #LI-LM12</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>How we work</strong></p> <p>We’re a mission-led, product-driven team.
