About you

Maybe you’ve been in restoration before, but if not, workers from other fields do meld easily into ours, such as law enforcement, military veterans, EMTs, construction, carpenters, carpet cleaner, facility maintenance, handymen, custodians, etc. You’re able to lift at least 50 pounds on occasion.

You are a hands-on, likeable person, who thrives on helping others in their worst moments. On every call, you are welcomed as the co-rescuer who’s not afraid to get dirty. You gain immediate trust on how best to solve their remediation challenge. You’re able to help the client understand the process with compassion and efficiency. You’ve been a reasonable driver, kept your nose clean, and there isn’t a snowbird that wouldn’t welcome you in their home. You are finally ready for a career, working where you’re respected.

What you’ll be doing...

You’ll act as a key member of our team, and as we grow, you’ll be expected to oversee our technicians. With the assistance of our extensive training programs, you’ll be setting the example for relentless customer service. This role is on call 24/7 but will be on a rotation basis. If you’re on call, you’ll need to report to the North River warehouse quickly. Overnight and weekend calls are not common, but when they come in, we need to respond. We believe in education and certifying our staff. IICRC, NORMI, EPA – are all certifications we have, in addition to our mold remediation license.

PuroClean is a leader in property damage remediation, for water, fire, mold and biohazard. Check out our website: www.purocleanofbradenton.com. We are the Paramedics of Property Damage; as such, we are open M-F 8-4:30, but we are on call 24/7. On-call schedules will be staggered.

Our warehouse/office is based in Ellenton, but we focus on Manatee and Sarasota County. You will be background checked including a driving record verification, and if hired, you will complete a training program. Training includes extensive on the job training with our production team and online training to learn the PuroClean Way.
