Rasevic is a trusted leader in landscape maintenance, construction, and snow & ice management. We are growing and seeking a dependable Fleet Associate to support our fleet operations and ensure that our crews have the necessary equipment to deliver high-quality service.


Position Overview


As a Fleet Associate, you will help manage and maintain Rasevic’s landscape and snow fleet—supporting daily operations by transporting equipment, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with shop tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment in a fast-paced, outdoor-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Transport landscape trucks, trailers, and equipment safely between job sites and Rasevic facilities.
  • Operate fleet vehicles, including F-350 to F-750 trucks.
  • Load and unload materials using forklifts, skid steers, wheel loaders, and other equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, such as power washing, painting, and basic repairs.
  • Assist with shop organization, equipment staging, and fleet readiness.
  • Support snow removal operations, including liquid brine application and shift coverage during winter events.
  • Maintain safety standards and follow all DOT, fleet, and shop protocols.

Requirements

  

Qualifications

  • Experience with forklifts, skid steers, and other landscape or construction equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be able to access government sites.
  • Ability to use power tools and basic mechanical tools.
  • Strong communication skills; reliable and self-motivated.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Occasional overtime.
  • Winter schedule flexibility required (nights/weekends for snow events).
