JOB SUMMARY

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to the menu. In this role, you will:

  • Follow recipes to prepare food items consistently and accurately.
  • Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and meets quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating.
  • Manage inventory and notify the supervisor of any shortages.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a dedicated, skilled culinary professional. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • A passion for food and a commitment to quality.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
