Burg Children’s Dentistry is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our well-established team. Experience & Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams 
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials 
  • Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with safety standards 
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care 
  • Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Dental Assistant certification or relevant training, preferred
  • Experience in a dental setting; pediatric experience preferred 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused demeanor 
  • Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined
