<h2><strong>The role</strong></h2> <p>We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Engineer&nbsp; to join the IT Management Tribe at HelloFresh. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our global, enterprise endpoint solutions Intune, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Working closely with our end users, and other team members in a collaborative, user centric, transparent, innovative, and supportive way, by ensuring that all endpoint devices, including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, virtual, and other endpoints, are secure, compliant, and operate efficiently within our organization.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Architect and Strategize</strong>: Design and implement the overall Intune architecture and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, security requirements, and licensing compliance.</li> <li><strong>Advanced Configurations and Optimization</strong>: Develop advanced Intune configurations for device enrollment, application management, compliance policies, conditional access, and remote actions, while continuously monitoring and optimizing endpoint performance for a better user experience.</li> <li><strong>Assess and Automate</strong>: Conduct thorough assessments of the existing Intune environment, recommend improvements, and leverage tools like PowerShell/Python for large-scale deployments and security compliance automation.</li> <li><strong>Compliance and Documentation</strong>: Ensure all endpoints meet licensing, security patching, and company policy standards while contributing to internal knowledge base articles and support documentation.</li> <li><strong>Support and Collaboration</strong>: Act as a subject matter expert by providing escalated troubleshooting, collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT Security, Network), and offering training to IT teams and L1 Support Engineers.</li> <li><strong>Mentorship and Continuous Learning</strong>: Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and stay updated on the latest Intune features, industry trends, and best practices</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune administration and management within enterprise environments, including extensive expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) for iOS, Android, and Windows devices.</li> <li>Proven ability to design and implement Intune architecture and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, security policies, and business goals, while working with hybrid and flexible delivery-focused teams in a global company</li> <li>Proven ability to mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project execution and issue resolution.</li> <li>Experience in engaging with stakeholders across all levels, from junior staff to Senior Directors, effectively explaining complex problems and solutions by adapting your communication style to suit both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Strong PowerShell/Python scripting skills for automation in the Intune environment.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What we offer</strong></h2> <p>Elevate your lifestyle!
